About CareChoice Macroom

CareChoice Macroom is a family-run Nursing Home for over 16 years.

The ethos of the home is based on high standards of care delivered in a friendly, professional, and homely environment. Quality of life is paramount and this is achieved by ensuring respect for the residents and encouraging independence, choice, privacy and dignity.

On admission, each resident is assessed by needs analysis resulting in a care plan personalised to their individual needs, which is based on the Essence of Care Framework. Our excellent experienced Nursing and Care staff attend regular, up-to-date training in order to underpin their knowledge. Local General Practitioners support the staff in providing evidencebased standards of care to our residents.
