Carechoice is a family owned and run business that began 20 years ago.

Paul Kingston and Aisling Lane are the two shareholders actively involved in the day to day management of the homes as well as Dr. Tom English who provides the Medical care in Carechoice Montenotte and Carechoice Ballynoe. Paul and Aisling firmly believe that the success of the Carechoice group is as a result of the family ethos which is evident in all the homes. A number of their family members are involved in various roles throughout the group.

The family feeling is evident across all areas of the Carechoice homes and provides a warm and welcoming embrace for all those who pass through our doors.

The CareChoice Group currently consists of five facilities:

1. CareChoice Montenotte (formally Montenotte Care Centre)
2. CareChoice Ballynoe (formally Ballynoe Nursing Home)
3. CareChoice Macroom (formally Aras Aoibhinn Nursing Home)
4. CareChoice Dungarvan Nursing Home & Village
5. CareChoice Clonakilty Nursing Home & Village

All Nursing Homes in the CareChoice Group are approved by private insurers for convalescent care. These insurers include V.H.I., BUPA, Hibernian Aviva and the Garda Medical Insurance.
