Types of care at CareChoice Dungarvan:

Nursing Home

• Full Time Residential Care
The majority of our residents are living with us on a full time basis. The aim of our facilitities is to offer a home away from home environment.

• Convalescence Care
This program assists individuals with recuperation and recovery after surgery, or serious illness. The average length of stay is between two to six weeks. Discharge from care may occur sooner depending on an individual's health status.

• Respite Care
The purpose of respite care is to provide temporary relief to caregivers at home. Respite services are available to support an individual's ability to live longer in the community by ensuring family/other caregivers are supported.

Village

• Independant Living - Apartments and Bungalows
Our tenants enjoy the security of the village while retaining their independence.
