CareChoice Dungarvan Retirement Village

Our Retirement Village consists of 28 two bedroom houses and 34 one bedroom apartments, adjacent to a CareChoice Nursing Home and is ideal for active retirement and independent living. The houses and apartments are architect designed and purpose built to provide a safe and comfortable home.

The houses and apartments are available to either Rent - with a variety of options to suit individuals and couples or Purchase - a limited number are available for purchase. HSE Community Services
Tenants of our CareChoice Retirement Village remain part of the community are therefore entitled to HSE community funded services including Homehelp, Public Health Nurse and Phone / ESB Credits.

All Tenants have access to the following services included in rental cost:
Emergency Call Bell which is connected to the adjacent CareChoice Nursing Home. This facility has Care Staff on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Daily contact/visit

On site personnel who attend to all general and ground maintenance

Insurance – Fire, Public Liability, Dwelling (excluding personal items which should be insured separately)

Refuse collection on site

Varied recreation program with dedicated CareChoice staff

Religious services in the adjacent CareChoice Nursing Home
