CareChoice Dungarvan Retirement Village is an exciting community concept, designed to provide a safe and secure environment for you to live in. You will have the privacy of your own front door and at the same time neighbours of mature years with whom you can share common interests and new experiences.

Here at CareChoice Dungarvan you can be part of a close and caring community, yet retain your independence, with the support of the CareChoice team. Our Village Co-ordinator  will help you to settle in and be in regular contact with you.

The Retirement Village consists of 28 two bedroom houses and 34 one bedroom apartments, adjacent to a CareChoice Nursing Home on a 5 Acre site and is ideal for active retirement and independent living. All CareChoice retirement homes are architecturally designed to suit your requirements and built to the highest standards.

The houses and apartments are available to either:-
• Rent; with a variety of options to suit individuals and couples
or
• Purchase; a limited number are available for purchase

As a Tenant you will have full-24 hour access to the superb on-site facilities including, if required, care staff that you can call upon. On-site activities include religious services, fitness classes, art and crafts, flower arranging, card games and live music sessions. Appointments can be made with visiting hairdresser, chiropodist and physiotherapist. Our VillageAssist  programme offers a range on additional services that can make your life easier.
